Technique training swimming channel winter 23/24

The swimming channel in Horgen offers ideal conditions for specifically addressing technical aspects. Our coach Michael “Micky” Tronczik will supervise you 1:1 in this intensive seminar.

With us, the group sizes are limited to 4 participants, which is little compared to other providers. In this seminar you therefore benefit from a professional, individual technical support and can then continue to work on your weak points with targeted exercises.

Focus

  • Individual analysis of your swimming technique, incl. Video
  • Technical corrections and direct implementation
  • Tips and tricks as well as individual recommendations for further training

Seminar 1:
Thursday, December 7, 2023. 2 blocks à 1h20′, max. 4 participants/block:
Block 1: 17.20-18.40 (still 1 place)

All seminars take place in the swimming canal in Horgen (directly at the Horgen motorway exit). The participation fee is CHF 125 per person and block.

Coach

You will be supervised by Michael Tronczik . He is a former top swimmer, a well-known triathlon coach and expert and examiner of the Eidg. Swimming instructor.
