Effective Running Training
Are you looking for new ways to improve your running performance? Would you like to participate in a solid running program under professional guidance and train efficiently and effectively? Then this running program is the right choice for you. We offer an optimal fitness-building program with a focus on efficient training. Choose between Wednesday or Thursday evenings. We train together in performance groups. The sessions are suitable for athletes of all skill levels. Beginners are welcome. You can join at any time (participation fee prorated).

Wednesday: 7:00 p.m. – approx. 8:15 p.m., Fluntern Sports Complex in Zurich, in front of the tennis club, May 6 – July 8, 2026
Thursday: 6:45 p.m. – approx. 8:00 p.m., Tempo Sport Horgen, May 7 – July 9, 2026
Costs, Information, and Registration
