Even though we can’t hold any seminars or group training sessions right now, we won’t leave you completely on your own. We’ve already uploaded several videos to our YouTube channel with training suggestions for swimming without a pool and running without a track. More videos will follow in the coming days and weeks. So be sure to subscribe to the channel right away so you don’t miss a thing.
Staying active should and must remain possible even during these times of working from home and staying home due to the pandemic. Especially now, we should make sure to stay reasonably fit and maintain as healthy a lifestyle as possible to ensure that our healthcare system isn’t burdened even further. Of course, this is also important for each and every one of us personally. But we probably don’t need to explain that to anyone here. For you and for us, staying active is simply part of life. Now: Even though all the pools are closed and we can only exercise outdoors to a limited extent, there are plenty of ways to stay fit in our favorite sports. We show you how it works in various short videos for home use on our YouTube channel. Check it out and get inspired by our coaches. All workouts can be done in a very small space. Okay, for the running drills, you’ll admittedly need a straight stretch of at least 10 meters. Maybe in the garden, in the underground garage, on the front lawn, or in a (spacious) apartment. A possible triathlon workout could look like this: Core stability and resistance band training for 20–30 minutes. Followed by running drills and ladder training for 20–30 minutes. A total of 40–60 minutes of high-quality training, all doable in and around the house.
Have fun and stay healthy!
